Gotchas:-
  1. I went on a trip last week. The traffic was moderate and the journey took two and a half hours. On the return journey, the traffic was similar, but I made it back in 150 minutes. How come?
  2. Six and six IS eleven or six and six ARE eleven?  
  3. Who is your father's only son's brother's uncle's wife's daughter's brother's father's son?
  4. In the olden days, a man rode into town on his horse. He arrived on Monday, spent six days in town and left on Friday. How is that possible?
  5. If you are in a dark room with a candle, a wood stove and a gas lamp. You only have one match, so what do you light first?
  6. How can you throw a ball so that it goes a short distance, comes to a total stop, reverses its motion, and then goes the opposite way. You are not allowed to bounce it against anything, hit it with anything, or tie it to anything.
  7. What belongs to you but other people use it more than you?
  8. If a red house is made from red bricks and a yellow house is made from yellow bricks, what is a greenhouse made from?
  9. Adam had none. Eve had two. Everyone nowadays has three. What is being discussed?
  10. What is it that when you need it, you can't buy it and when you can buy it, you don't need it?
  11. What occurs twice in a lifetime, but once in every year. Twice in a week but never in a day?
